OfficialCovenant.org is a national census of civil servants — judges, sheriffs, elected officials, prosecutors, school administrators, and appointed officials — with every named servant invited to attest to eight covenant principles in their own words.

## What It Does
1. **Documents** every public servant by jurisdiction, role, and authority — whether they have attested or not.
2. **Invites** each servant into a structured covenant conversation conducted by Ody, producing a personal covenant statement in their own words.
3. **Celebrates** every attestation publicly via the Honor Roll — a permanent record open for acknowledgment for 30 days.

## The Eight Principles (Hampton Court Protocol)
I. Impartiality — equal regard without exception
II. Proportionality — remedy or force fitted to the situation
III. Protection — shield of the innocent as primary duty
IV. Transparency — reasoning made visible, not just outcome
V. Restraint — power used sparingly and as last resort
VI. Accountability — no office above the law or the people
VII. Stewardship — authority held in trust, not owned
VIII. Courage — truth and conscience over convenience or pressure
